Manuscript on paper, copied in Italy in January of 1458 [i.e., 1459?] by one Bartolomeus de Zachariis. A collection of 29 Pseudo-Augustinian sermons, to which 8 additional sermons have been added, all of which are numbered sequentially. The manuscript also contains the letter of Pseudo-Lentulus to the Roman Senate on the physical appearance of Christ. This manuscript originally comprised 72 leaves, 8 of which are now lacking. A contemporary table of contents on the front pastedown lists each sermon, including those that are no longer present.

Simon de Hesdin and Nicholas de Gonesse produced this translation of Valerius Maximus for Charles V, between 1375 and 1401; the present leaf is therefore a relatively early copy, having been completed approximately 25 years later.
