Deep band of lace with hexagonal Argentan ground has baskets with thin leafy branches, meandering ribbon garland and floral sprigs. Baskets and floral motifs are made of tightly packed buttonhole stitches with raised buttonholed borders. Branches and baskets are decorated with picots. Meandering ribbon has smaller Alençon mesh ground. Top and bottom edges have a floral sprig border.
