Central motif of a floral bouquet in an urn, on top of a lambrequin. This is enframed by scrolling strapwork and foliage. The background is filled with varying forms of trellis work.
Similar wallhanging used in two rooms in Winterthur Museum, Delaware (1955). Has been folded under along top and cut to fit about a ceiling beam. Has been moth-eaten, and perforated with nail holes. Small stylized floral motif set within tracery, printed in green flock and orange pigment, on metallic gold color ground.
Monotone cameo-glass, ruby red; carved with eight precious emblems of good fortune; wheel of law, conch shell, umbrella canopy, lotus flower, pair of fish, endless knot. Flattened globose shape. Stopper of green glass simulating jade and set on pale red glass. Ivory spoon.
