There is a house and windmill in the background with "Wind-Mill - Rail Road" printed across top of windmill. Same scene as 1913-17-18, box no. 12. The field is blue, the scene is printed in dark green, tan and off-white.

The background is printed with pairs of dots, possibly simulating hoof prints. Printed in shades of blue, white and black on a discolored possibly tan ground. Paper is small oval shape.
