A second plan is a thermal print copy of the base map with a manuscript drawing of a clock and flowerbed at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue. The third plan is a thermal print copy of the base map with manuscript drawings of "center logo & entrance" at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and "kiosk & planter" in the middle of Boylston Street. There are two photocopies of the third plan, one full size and one at a reduced size with manuscript color in marker. A second illustration titled "Parcel 13 rehabilitation" shows buildings facades, trees, and street address numbers on Boylston Street.
