Seth Snow described as "trader and administrator on the estate of Lydia Snow"; Eli Small described as "yeoman"; Court of Common Pleas in Barnstable licensed Seth Snow "on the last Tuesday of March last" (1811) to sell Lydia Snow's real estate for the payment of debts; it appears that the real estate was auctioned off at Lydia Snow's dwelling in Brewster on June 3, 1811, and that Eli Small offered the highest sum for the property.
