notes
Title supplied by cataloger.
Originally in Chatham (2.3) box; Insign Nickerson described as "yeoman"; Thomas Higgins described as "yeoman"; Priscilla Hopkins holds improvement on the properties for her natural life; Joshua Hopkins is Priscilla's heir; property is in three different towns; Thomas Higgins gets two-thirds of the property, Betty Higgins gets one-third; Insign also spelled Ensign in document (and signed that way by him); not sure why Nickerson is selling Joshua Hopkins's inheritance--doesn't say he's guardian; no registrar/recording data or acreage; Unique ID number cut-off in scan.
Price: $105
