Moses Small described as "maranor" (mariner?); Eldredge Small described as "blacksmith"; sale excepts "one half or a barn" and includes an allowance of a "convenent way to pass and repass through sd premises"; price of land hard to make out (looks like Six hundred Dollars, but possibly one hundred Dollars); deed re-recorded in County Record Book for the Town of Brewster on July 10, 1829.
