Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) manuscript composed in black ink on white, lined paper with an embossed image of the United States Capitol building under the word "Congress" in the head- spine corner of each page. Under the image, the number "7" is written in pencil, while under the date, in the head- fore corner of the first page, the number "1868." is also written in pencil.
