Source Description
In this letter to William Lloyd Garrison, George Thompson discusses his business plans with John P. Jewett which will bring him to the United States "and possibly keep me there until the end of my days." He shares his excitement for renewing his friendships with his "co-laborers in the cause of emancipation" and thanks Garrison for publishing the proceedings from one of his meetings in the Liberator. Thompson says he expects to depart England in December and predicts living in Boston as "it is around Boston that my recollections and my sympathies most cluster."
