Hiram A. Graves writes to Amos A. Phelps regarding arrangements made for the publication of "that article on Religious Freedom. I hope you will recommit it." He mentions that he shall "employ a different committee-men who, if less critical as scholars, are more liberal and more like myself in their opinions" and suggests who would be on the committee.
