In this letter to William Lloyd Garrison, Henry Wigham introduces "Rev. Alexander Ducanson late of Falkirk". Wigham says "his sympathies are with the oppressed & down trodden whether in Europe or America" and he will "be a valuable coadjutor in carrying on the work of Anti Slavery in the United States."
