Nathaniel Peabody Rogers writes to William Lloyd Garrison introducing him to David Ames, "a genuine & worthy abolitionist." He says Ames is traveling to Boston and "feels the desire natural to all abolitionists to see Mr. Garrison ..." Rogers also wishes Garrison recovers from his illness soon and says, "We miss you in the Liberator."
