Letter from Jacob Ide, West Medway, to Amos Augustus Phelps, April 13. 1843

In this letter to Amos A. Phelps, Jacob Ide encourages Phelps to take a journey to England. He says he will endeavor to raise some funds for his trip. He then refers Phelps to Mr. Sessions for his inquiry regarding the action of “the general association” on the matter of slavery.
