Source Description
In this letter to Amos A. Phelps, Lawson Kingsbury requests printed votes be sent to Framingham, and asks for some information to help him to decide who to vote for. He asks whether Henry Brewster Stanton is in New York and will remain there, and also asks why he should choose the Christina Journal over the Emancipator. He discusses Mr. Brigham’s trial in Framingham. He was charged of falsehood and duplicity, and found not guilty.
