Letter from Richard Davis Webb, Greenfield, [Ireland], to Samuel May, December 29, 1859

Webb describes John Wilson at length and says that he believes Wilson to have been a member of John Brown's party during the Harpers Ferry raid. Webb tells May that Wilson is not optimistic about the future of abolitionism. Webb asks for a photograph of John Brown.
