Mrs. Taylors sends money to the Boston Freedmen's Aid Society. She says that she read some of May's letters to Eliza Wigham and has heard about the abolitionists from Sarah Parker Remond. Mrs. Taylors says that the English are too far away from the war to be much interested in it.
