R. Warren Weston asks what kind of a buckle Debora Weston wants for Mrs. Fifield, "whether it be Pearl or Guilt [sic]." He sends a message to "Pa" that he meant to have sent his tobacco, but it was gone, and "Pat said some Black fellows had stolen it." R. Warren Weston writes: "I suppose you have seen in the paper the great Abbolition [sic] Riots in New York tell Ann to be careful what she says or she will have her furniture burnt."
