"Caroline Weston tells of a visit to a Mrs. Jones in Roxbury to investigate something mentioned in a letter from Deborah. Caroline comments: \"And who do you think was sent to bamboozle Roxbury--John E. Fuller and his wife...\" Fuller was opposed to the Liberator and tried to persuade Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Burnham to his way of thinking. Caroline quotes his argument in detail. She thinks William Lloyd Garrison should be notified at once of Fuller's treachery."
