Town hall fountain

One of two fountains placed in memory of Caroline and Caira Robbins. The fountains "express the joy of living things -- the fish, the turtle and the frog in the water amid the rushes, and squirrels amid the leaves and acorns." (Arlington Advocate, July 1, 1982).
