Source Description
Two sages cross a bridge. In the distance are an elaborate pavilion and a tall waterfall partially shrouded in mist. The artist purposefully created an antique-looking painting, making use of the ancient blue-and-green style and incorporating the tall mountain peaks of the monumental landscape tradition. He also wanted the forms to have a structure that may look like a combination of interesting abstract patterns.
