Source Description

Two gold dragons dominate the composition of the tsuba. At the lower left is one swimming through waves. The dragon at the upper right flies through clouds. Parts of their bodies can also be seen on the reverse. Dragons were associated with water and are often depicted in either waves or clouds. This is part of a mounted set.
