This small, unusual jug has around its neck three Holy Rider medallions. Solomon, the Old Testament king with great wisdom and power, was portrayed in magical texts and images as the Holy Rider, spearing Lillith, symbol of evil. The Holy Rider served as a powerful symbol to ward off evil and protect its owner.
