Source Description

The carvings on this small cross show the Annunciation, Crucifixion, and Deposition on one side, and the Nativity, Baptism (flanked by two soldier saints), Virgin and Child, and Twelve Apostles on the other. The enameled gold frame appears to be Constantinopolitan work of the 17th century.
