Source Description

Salviati and Co. attempted to copy the appearance of ancient glass. Clearly, these "ancient" vessels were never intended to deceive as they were sold with Salviati & Company labels. This piece seems to be inspired by a Renaissance model and is of enameled Catalan glass.
