Source Description

This fresco is brown, white, blue and yellow, and within a border depicts a man and woman standing. Skene is kneeling and writing with the left hand under a mask. This figure is copied from the "Poet as King" fresco from Herculaneum in Naples. Under the paint, there are traces of other colors.
