Louis-Marie-Joseph Richard (1791-1879), French founder, entered the Réunion des Fabricants in 1818 and was nominated union delegate in 1841. From 1826-1836 he was associated with Quesnel, whom he left to work with Eck et Durand (until 1844). He retired in 1856 and died in 1879...
