Source Description

At the right of the composition, two cranes are shown in flight. Three cranes are at the center, two of whom seem to call to the airborne cranes. A cluster of reeds next to the water's edge is at the left. Reeds and cranes both indicate autumn scenes. A long poem is inscribed on the reverse.
