A basket of peaches sits next to a Chinese-style desk. On the desk are a feather fan ("hauchiwa") and a book. Peaches are an attribute of the Chinese immortal Tobosaku (Ch. Dong Fang Suo [Tung Fang So]), who is depicted on the matching kashira, Walters 51.941.
