Male Figure

6th-7th century H: 3 13/16 in. (9.7 cm) Citation Source image

A male nude with arm raised over his head is carved from a convex section of bone. The figure was never polished and shows the surface marks of chisels and files. The panel is broken on the top right, lower right, and bottom.
