1834 (Edo) L: 4 13/16 in. (12.2 cm) Citation Source image

The figure of a hawk fills most of the kashira. His eye is highlighted in gold, which gives him a menacing appearance. One menuki is in the shape of a gold heron. The other is shaped like a black hawk. This is part of a mounted set.
