This terracotta medallion is pierced for hanging. It was previously said to be the portrait of Jean-Michel Moreau (Moreau le jeune), but is more likely that of Louis Gabriel Moreau, l'ainé (brother of the first).The piece is cracked and has some chips on the edges.
