Source Description

This top for a rod from a chariot is cast bronze, and depicts a figure with hands clasped before the neck and feet turned in. The piece also has necks with heads, extending from the shoulder to the head, making two rings for straps. There are extra legs at the sides, making the bottom an open circle. The back is the same as the front. The piece has bronze disease.
