My dear Miss Noyes:
Miss Antoinette Ahlschier, one of our Itinerant Nurses, is
planning a trip abroad this summer. She will visit in Holland, England,
France, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy.
Miss Ahlschier has been connected with Red Cross for the past
five or six years and is vitally interested in everything pertaining to
Red Cross work. She is very anxious to visit the Red Cross Societies
while in Europe and has asked for letters of introduction to some of
our people. I am wondering if you could procure these for her. Any-
thing you can do for her I shall appreciate very much.
She, as you know, is the nurse who wrote the very excellent
report on Itinerant Service in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Yours S incerely,
Elisbert H. Zanghan
(Mrs.) Elsbeth H. Vaughan,
Assistant National Director,
Nursing Service, Midwestern Branch.
