will you please be good enough to advise me what Local
Committee in Florida is holding the #2 card of Mrs. Byrtene Castello
Anderson, #20380. Our records would show she is enrolled with the
Florida State Committea but, of course, this is not correct. We
presume the #2 card is on file with the Jacksonville Local Committee
our files.

this nurse informs us that on May 1 she began work for the Florida
State Board of Health. Hor present address is 960 Riverside Avenue,
Jacksonville, Florida, and she gives her permanent address as
Atlantic National Bank, Jacksonville, Florida. This data is sent for
your records. If possible we would like to have the nurse fill in
a 1924 address questionneire.
