My dear Miss Backus:
The Winnesota State Nurses Association has just advised
us of your willingness to serve as a member of our Minnesota State Com-
mittee on Red Cross Nursing Service and recommends your appointment.
We are very glad to know that you are available for this
service and take pleasure in hereby appointing you a member of the
Minnesota State Committee on Red Cross Mursing Service for the coming
year. This appointment is made in accordance with the rules governing
our Committees on Red Cross Nursing Service as set forth in the enclosed
pamphlet, A.R.C. 710 and we call your special attention to the paragraphs
regarding State Committees as found on pages 5 and 6.
For your information, may we state that the officers of the
Minnesota State Committee are as follows:
