In order that the Red Cross records of your
daughter, Josephine Dors Beuchat, American Red Cross
nurse, may be brought up to date, we shall greatly
appreciate it if you will send us her present address.
Or, if it is convenient, will you please give her the
enclosed questionnaire for completion and return to
National Headquarters.
