My dear Miss Beuchats
Your letter of December 19th is received
and inesmuch as you are expecting to be located in Akron, Ohio,
indefinitely, we are immediately taking the necessary steps
towerd the transfer of your Committee enrollment record card
from our Cleveland, Ohio, Local Committee with which it is now
on file, to our Committee in Akron, Ohio, in the territory of
which you are now located. It will take a little time to complete
the transfer but we will send you an officiel advice of it as
soon as it is effected.
