swear that I have no near male relatives serving in the armed
forces of the United States of serving in France in a Civilian
capacity attached to the American Expeditionary Forces or to

I further solemnly swear that I am going to France solely
as a Red Cross worker, that I will make no effort to visit my
brother in France under any conditions, and that it is not my
intention to marry an officer or soldier in the American Ex-
peditionary Forces after my arrival in France.
