Butler..\nSometime ago, Miss Holmes of our Bureau of Public\nHealth Nursing, gave us the name of Miss Freda M. Caffin, 49470, enroll-\ned in New York, as possibly available for Serbia. In looking over her\npapers we found that she was not a citizen, and e therefore eliminated\nher name. Now that this restriction has been lifted somewhat, I am\nwondering if you would get in touch with her, to see if she could be\navailable for the second Serbian Unit, sailing between June 10th and\n15th. The latest address we have on file for her is Maternity Center\nAssociation, New York city.\nMiss Nelson has advised us of the probably availa-\nbility of two nurses in the New England Division, for the second\nSerbian Unit, and if Miss Caffin could gotthis would complete the\nnumber requested.
