Inasnuch as Miss Dora c. Carothers, #17721, enrolled with
your Committee, is now in service with the U. S. Veterans' Bureau, we will
ask you to forward her #2 card to this office for transfer to National
Headquarters during the period of her active service. We will greatly
appreciate your prompt attention to this-grequest.
