Mise Dora c. Carothers
104 South Paint Street
Chillicothe, Ohio
My dear Miss Carothers
I em sorry that you are not free at this time to consider the
position on the Rosebud Reservation but I quite understend your
situation and agree with you that it would not be just the thing to
leave at this time.
I em glad that you are so nuch better but em worried to hear that
you have not fully recovered your strength. Take care of yourself,
if
you know how to. I used to think you did not know; you worked
so hard and with so little consideration for your oun comfort or hesith.
I sm sorry that we no longer sell the gray uniforms. When our
stock ran out, we changed our arrengements and since then have had the
public health nurses neke their uniforms themselves or have them made
locally. We haven't & single uniform left here except the one that
is in the ahow case.
Mother joins me in sending the kindest personal regards. I en
glad that you want to work for the Red Cross again and shall look for-
ward to having you a member of our femily sometime in the future.
Yours sincerely
Elizabeth G. Fox
