My dear Mr. Olarke:
Your letter of March 31st addressed
to Mrs. John Allan Dougher ty was referred to this office for reply,
and we take pleasure in enclosing herewith a duplicate Red Cross Nurses'
Badge engraved with your sister's numbor - #1,224, to which is attached
a Gettysburg Service Bar. The price of thi to badge is $1.00 and we will
be glad to have you forward us' check or Money order for the same made
payable to the American Red Cross.
We greatly regret the delay in send-
ing this to you, but your letter was referred to several offices before
reaching us, and the same was then misplaced and we did not have your
address. We feel sume, owever, that you will be glad to get it, even
at this late date. May we ask that you acknowledge the reseipt of the
same on the enclosed post card and return to this office?
