Your lettor has been received stating that you desire
to go with Unit T.
Unfortunately, it is imposeible to attugh you to this Unit as it
is already complete.
In looking the records up 2 find that your ascond physical has
boon rojected by the Surgool Ganoral, largoly dua to the attack of inflam-
matory rheumitian you hra in 1917.
I will be vory glad to submat this
physical again anda ask ir thare is any chance or it heing reconsidorad, but
I think it would be wisor for you to a lotter from the Superintendant
of murges, or your stating that you havo mado a complete recovery
and that you are now able to do mursing work.
In your communication to this Oxfice if you will give me an
address whore transportation Olura may bo dacued, and date may call upon
you, it will aave additional writing, providing you ara accepted.
