Y.\nMy dear Miss Jurewies:\nWe are now planning that you should be in a group to sail about June 15th.\nYou should be ready to leave on short notice.\nFor obvious reasons you are specially requested not to divulge to enyone\nthe date or ship in which you expect to sail. You should not show the ship's\nname on any tags or labels attached to your luggage; simply specify \"A Ship\".\nWhen we send you a definite sailing date please assure us immediately by\nwire that you are able to report at the place of embarkation at the desimuted\ntime. We need to be sure that each member of the group is able to report as\nscheduled.\nEnclosed is a check which is to defray official expenditure enroute to\nEngland. You are urged to purchase American Bailway Express Travelers chocks\nwith this advence. Be sure that you are femiliar with the instructions given\nby Mr. Harold Foy, director of accomnting. These instructions were sent to you\npreviously together with the green booklet \"Travel and Leave Regulations.\nPassengers may not take into the United Kingdom more then 10 pounds per\nperson in Sterling notes. Any Sterling notes in the possession of passengers\nover and above 10 pounds will be liable to confiscation. During the voyage,\npassengers may use one pound or 10 shilling notes but the Purser is not per-\nmitted to accept notes of 5 pounds or higher denomination. Passengers are\nwarned not. to exchange more than is required for their use during the voyage\nor for immediate expenses on landing, bearing in mind the fact that they may\nnot take into Great Britain more than 10 pounds in Sterling notes.\nMrs. Ruth Breckenridge, our house nother, will be in charge of your group.\nWe\nwill expect you to report to her the evening before you sail, at a hotel\nwhich we shall designate leter.
