I am enclosing Mrs. Daum's letter of resignation, and efficiency
record. I hope it will be possible for her to work in Honolulu until her
boat leaves. No knowing atthis time, her date of sailing, it is impossible
to give a definite date for her resignation.

We are very sorry to lose Mrs. Daum, as she has an excellent
record, and we hope that it will be possible for her to return after her

Mrs. Daum has 5 days 6 hrs. and 40 min. accumulative leave time
due. She will take this time before leaving.
