There must have been some record sent to Flower Hospital as I was allowed all but one month of my time at Samaritan "ospital.. This was approved by Miss Elizabeth August, Executive Secretary of the Ohio Nursing Association, 2I Broad St., Columbus, Ohio. I believe she is still holds that position. I passed the State Examination "nd was issuedNumber 6389 on Jan, II,I92I Inis is recorded in the Probate Court, Ashland Ohio. After finishing training, I worked four months in Flower Hospital I as a supervisor, then returned home. I For the last twenty years have been Public Health Nurse of Ashland County, Ohio.
