My dear Mrs. Devenport:
It is our custom to cell in the No, 2 cards of the
nurses serving on the staff at National Headquarters from the
various Committees with which they have been enrolled and hold
them at Netional Headquarters during the period of their service

in that capacity. This letter is to advise you that the transfer
of your No. 2 card from the District of Columbia Committee to
National Headquarters has been completed and from this time on
you will receive your annuel questionnaire from us.
