We are enclosing a duplicate Red Cross nurse's badge engraved
with your enrollment number 5274- Will you please acknomledge receipt
of it on the postal card enclosed, returning the card at your earliest
convenience.

In the event that you should recover your lost badge, kindly
return it to this office, as a Red Cross nurse should have only one badge
in her possession.
