I am returnin the correspondence addressed to
you from Mrs. Douglass together with a copy of our
letter to her.
From the Nursing Service files it is quite
evidetble that the Red Cross has no obligation toward
this nurse because there is no evidence on file
that she was released from Red Cross service in
poor health. You will note in our letter to Mrs.
Douglass we have given definite information regard-
ing this matter.
In Miss Noyes' absence I have written to Mrs.
Douglass but have signed her name to the letter.
